My coaching includes weekly training plans delivered through a dedicated fitness app, where your progress is tracked and monitored closely.
You’ll also receive regular check-ins and ongoing support through WhatsApp or Instagram, ensuring you stay motivated and accountable every step of the way.
I currently offer three coaching packages:
2 sessions per week for £155 - monthly
3 sessions per week for £185 - monthly
4 sessions per week for £200 - monthly
I also offer custom packages - will discuss this with you if needed
